Associated Dermatology and Skin Cancer Clinic of Helena had its beginnings in 1981. Dr. Behlmer finished his training at the University of Missouri and began solo practice of Dermatology in Helena in 1981. The practice grew rapidly over the ensuing years. In 1990, Dr. Jeffry Goldes joined Dr. Behlmer to form Associate Dermatology. The complementary skills and training of these two doctors provided a unique and comprehensive dermatology practice. Dr. Goldes added his skills in Dermatopathology to Dr. Behlmer's in surgical dermatology and reconstructive surgery. Both doctors were Board Certified and highly skilled in general dermatologic diagnosis and treatment. Associated Dermatology moved to its current location on Last Chance Gulch with the construction of the Guardian Building in 1995. The improved facilities at this new location allowed to doctors to provide even more advanced services.

Debra Remillard, PA-C, joined the practice in 1999. She has previous experience as a family practice Physician Assistant and previously as a Registered Nurse before joining Associated Dermatology. Her dermatology training has been comprehensive in the areas of skin disease.
